Inspired by the Peripatetic School in Athens founded by Aristo where clases were taught walking outdoors, we will learn, debate, enjoy and investigate both philosophers and diverse themes from the philosophical perspective while walking through the beautiful parks and streets of Lisboa. I started this group to meet other philosophy enthusiasts. Looking forward to walk through philosophy together with everybody.

We will learn, debate, enjoy and investigate philosophers and diverse themes from the philosophical perspective. Each reunion is structured as a conversation among all attendees about that day s philosopher softly moderated by the organizer.
The conversation will kick-off from the very brief introduction providing easy access to all attendees both to the philosopher and the conversation.Let´s be greek and dive today on…
Pantha Plere Theion / Everything is full of Gods is considered by the philosophic tradition the original core idea that kicked off the philosophic rationality. Thales of Miletus. Around 600 BC. Why? Why this thought opened so many doors? The idea, as complex and ambitious as any 3 words can be, kicked off the most important (r)evolution mankind has seen.
And so us, 26 centuries later, here and now, today, Lisbon, and Thales still here with us…. WHY? What Humans found in Philosophy to make it such a lasting experience ? And us… what do we expect from it?
This inaugural reunion simply aims to share and hear from others and at a very individual and subjective level… what we look for in philosophy, why are we somehow interested in the words of some ancient Greeks, what connects us, be it a recent soft interest or the passion of a student or philosopher, with philosophy… the love of knowledge.

That is the soul of our garden.
