Let´s be greek and dive today on…

KAIZEN... the Japanese wisdom of big transformations through small changes. Far from the the Paradigm of Disruptive Change as key to evolution so fundamental to Western Culture, the Japanese Kaizen wisdom believes in true transformation through small changes sustained along time. This shift in perspective produces an astonishing effect in western minds unveiling the real value of little actions, decisions, insights, so often unseen and unconsidered, so silenced under the noise of dramatic, spectacular change. Kaizen whispers that small decisions are big decisions. The unanswered call, the morning minimal gesture, the new road I take today for the first time going home, those... those indeed... are the big decisions of our lives. There is where the game is played. The epic signature of the divorce or the wedding, the plane taken to live in a new country, are only the final steps of a long series of small decisions and changes that started a long time before... settling over time and cristallizing eventually...

So, lets think about Kaizen, the japanese wisdom of small changes....
