Now we have come to the mysterious but so mesmerizing Egyptian Cooking!
We will have Reem as our guest teacher to show us how an Egyptian cooking is done!
## 🍳 Menu
This time we'll be making:
① Gollash
Gollash (Egyptian Arabic: جلاش) is an Egyptian dish consisting of layers of flaky phyllo dough filled with a savory spiced meat mixture, typically groundbeef or lamb, and baked until golden brown. This meat pie is a staple in Egyptian cuisine and is often served during gatherings and special occasions.
② Mulukhiyah (Arabic: ملوخية, ),
also known is a type of jute plant and a dish made from the leaves of Corchorus olitorius, commonly known in English as jute,

Let’s enjoy a beautiful summer night at Ueno Park! We will explore the traditional "Ueno Summer Festival" together, grab some delicious street food from the stalls (Yatai), check out the beautiful illuminated displays, and then unwind with a relaxing Night Picnic on the grass!
Perfect for making friends, enjoying the festival vibes, and casual language exchange. First-timers are very welcome!- Date & Time: Thursday, July 30, 19:00 - 21:00
- Meeting Point: Ueno Park (Specific location sent to attendees)
- Fee: ¥700 (Food/drinks are paid individually)
- What to bring: Cash for food stalls, your own drink, and a picnic mat if you have one!

夏の夜、涼しくなってきた時間帯にみんなで上野の夏祭り（江戸趣味納涼大会）を楽しみませんか？
上野恩賜公園を中心に開催される、伝統ある「うえの夏まつり」を訪れます。活気ある屋台（露店）の美味しいフードを楽しんだり、風情ある展示を眺めたりした後は、公園内の心地よいスポットでシートを広げてナイトピクニックをします！
お仕事帰りの方も、夏の夜を豊かに過ごしたい方も、みんなでワイワイ夏の思い出を作りましょう！初参加の方、英語や日本語でフランクに交流したい方も大歓迎です。## ⏰ タイムスケジュール
- 19:00 | 集合・受付
- 集合場所：上野公園内 〇〇（※目印：〇〇を持ったスタッフがいます）
- 19:15 | お祭り散策スタート
- 屋台で好きな食べ物・飲み物をゲット＆展示エリアをみんなで巡ります。
- 20:15 | ナイトピクニックタイム
- 公園内の芝生やベンチエリアに移動し、レジャーシートを広げてまったり交流。
- 21:00頃 | イベント終了・解散
- 現地にて解散となります。
