WHAT TO BRING

  1. WRITING STUFF
    Please bring a journal/notebook and a pen. You're encouraged to use colorful pens if that gets you amped up and/or high-quality pens that write effortlessly across the page if you have them on hand to amplify the journaling experience.
  2. ONE EMPOWERMENT ITEM
    Also if you'd like and feel compelled to do so, please wear something and/or have something in your Zoom background that empowers you (i.e. a cool red lipstick, a tee-shirt with an interesting design, a painting you love looking at, a necklace you love putting on, etc.). You're welcome to also change your Zoom background to your favorite location, like a beach, a vacation spot, your childhood city, and the like and use that as your empowerment item. You can have more than one if you want, but only one is fine.

Monthly agenda for each session:

—a live guided meditation to check in with yourself and release old energy and negative emotions

—guided reflective journaling on key takeaways or “aha!” moments and group sharing of what we had in common or something that was unique and why

—A personal discussion on what stands in our way and what hinders our happiness. You're welcome to share your breakthroughs or listen to others and just take what you need.

—Guided action plan journaling you can do independently in between sessions to help improve your greater life and well-being
