Summer Solstice marks the beginning of the season of the sun that lasts until the harvest in September. Summer Solstice is a time of abundance, vitality, clarity, renewal, and new beginnings. It is the perfect time to set intentions and to embrace our own inner light as we collectively honor the radiant light and energy of the sun and the bounty it brings during this season.
Join Alison for a meditative sound journey intentionally focused on the energies of the Summer Solstice flowing through the mystical sounds of multiple gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other various instruments.
Please bring the items you require to make your journey more comfortable such as a yoga or exercise mat, zero gravity chair, back-jack, blankets, pillows, crystals, journal, etc.
