Designing Global

Jumping on a team call in the early morning or late night? We've all been there. Today it's the norm for our teams to be distributed around the globe in places like India, China, Argentina, Philippines, Bulgaria and pretty soon Mars. Online meeting and communication software have come a long way in helping bridge the geographic divide, but it doesn't scratch the surface in terms of addressing working processes, design consistency, team dynamics, cultural differences, and too many other areas to name. This evening we'll get together to discuss how we can better work together globally, how to scale global teams effectively, and some of the challenges and opportunities designing global brings.
