In 1994 and in the wake of the Soviet empire’s collapse, Eugenia Kreider fled her native Moscow to travel the world. Being only 19 years old at the time and speaking no other language but Russian, Eugenia summoned all of her courage to embark on this challenging adventure.

During the next 10 years, Eugenia’s journey would take her across the globe, as she experienced different jobs and cultures—everything from commanding a construction crew to studying design and brand management at the renowned Art Center College of Design. Along the way, she not only learned to speak fluent English, but she also learned countless life lessons, including the importance of powerful, clear communication.

Eugenia now incorporates the seemingly disparate experiences from her travels into her current business Baza Designs, which helps solo-preneurs create magnetic brands and communicate client-attractive marketing messages—in one week or less. Her mission in life is to transform lackluster, unprofitable small businesses into unstoppable, wildly successful ones that tout more credibility, more referrals, and a bigger bottom line.
