This group is for women who work with and love data. Our goal is to bring together women who work in data or who would like to work in data - to support one another, share experiences and talk data - big or small! Whether you’re a student just embarking on a career or a seasoned data professional, this group is for you. We want to connect and inspire amazing data women with diverse expertise and experience.
At this event, we’ll have more great talks from women working in HR (Human Resources) and L&D (Learning and Development) to explore the data trends in this space - so come along, ask questions and meet other women who love data!

Holly Jones (Stem Ambassadors, @STEMteamHUB_TP ). Holly is the STEM Ambassador Hub Manager for Greater Manchester at the Science and Industry Museum, her team coordinates a cohort of over 1200 STEM Ambassador Volunteers. The STEM Ambassador programme aims to inspire and enthuse the next generation to consider a career in STEM, by linking young people to role models working or studying in STEM.

Robyn Ellis (https://twitter.com/robynytweet) - Leadership and Talent Specialist at Booking.com Transport. Robyn Ellis is a coach, leadership and talent development specialist, behavioural scientist and entrepreneur. Robyn believes above all in social mobility and the importance of helping people to find balance and connection with their work and the people they work with. She’s currently leading on Leadership and Talent at Booking.com’s Transport Business Unit, and has previously worked in education and run her own business.

Beckie Taylor (https://twitter.com/RTaylor81) - Ambassador for Tech and Women in Leadership and the Co-founder of Women in Technology Northern Chapter. In 2017, she launched Tech Returners, to empower returners and enable their opportunities in tech, by providing development and creating accessible routes into businesses through continual training and technology, resulting in more diverse and inclusive workforces. Beckie is also creator of the Tech Future Female Leaders programme where female tech leaders Develop themselves to Succeed to then Inspire others through being role models, and also Re-Frame WIT to women in tech conference with a difference. Beckie has also been shortlisted in the Northern Power Women Transformational Leadership 2020, Women in IT Awards 2017 Advocate of the Year and Voted on of the Top 30 women in tech for Greater Manchester 2018 and was named one of Computer Weekly’s Most Influential Women in Tech 2019.

Heather Alderson (https://uk.linkedin.com/in/heather-alderson-bb25315a) – HR Director at CliniSys Solutions Ltd http://www.clinisysgroup.com/gb/en/. Heather is business orientated and commercially driven, having worked within multiple software organisations. Her passions include the ever changing ways of working to adjust to the needs of the employee population, as well as modernisation of organisation practices to align with business needs and goals. Heather’s currently leading HR at CliniSys Solutions Ltd to support them through a journey of change.
