La espiritualidad se hace tangible para los participantes del curso a través de la práctica compartida del yoga y las lecciones teóricas (cada semana se entrega material escrito del curso). Para nosotros es muy importante que, tras un tiempo, los participantes del curso de yoga puedan adaptar su práctica de Hatha Yoga a sus necesidades individuales. Además, las técnicas tradicionales de purificación del sistema yóguico y ayurvédico y las prácticas nutricionales yóguicas forman parte de las instrucciones teóricas. **Please be aware - this is not a class. It's a practice for people who learn to dance.** Take your time to practice Salsa with your friends and friendly faces. We will adjust the music to the students that come - but generally, we will keep the music on the easy dancing side. After the practica (about 75 minutes), if people are interested, we will head to one of the bars nearby for a get-together. Welcome to Terrible Football Berlin!
Do you want to play football but don't want to pay? Are you a bit unfit, a bit old, or a bit Terrible? Want to have a relaxed kick about and a couple of beers after? Then Terrible Football is for you!
Anyone can play: any ability, any age, and any gender. Terrible Football is about miss kicked clearances, sweet half volleys and desperate diving saves. We play in the rain, sun or snow. It's completely free, and always will be. It's open, inclusive and Terrible.
We usually play on Astro (artificial grass) and sometimes on grass, depending on numbers. Bibs, balls, and cones are taken care of! Just bring sporty clothes and a pair of rubber studded football shoes you'll be good to go! You don't need shin pads and we don't allow hard plastic or metal studs.

Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join.
