Start each weekday with a 30 min. guided morning sessions to focus on getting into, sustaining, and deepening the state of meditation. Each session is unique and suitable for new, intermediate and advanced meditators. After the 30 min guided meditation, we play music for another 5+ mins and then offer those still in the session an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and say hello. The passcode is: 721

Join us for Weekday Morning Meditation in an online format. Start the new day with community meditation over Zoom on Mondays and Fridays, from 8-9am, followed by 30 minutes-ish of contemplative discussion.
