This beautiful Mass in the ancient language of the church brings us into a deeper awareness of the Lord's sacrifice of love for us. The Lassus Scholars choir radiates this in a way that only the sung word can. At this pivotal time of the liturgical year and for our country, let us partake strongly as we experience a truly tangible appreciation of what our true Lord has done for us, full in the knowledge that what appeared to be a defeat was really the prelude to his resurrection and ultimate victory. There will be an opportunity afterwards to spend time with people who share an interest in faith as we will go for coffee in the Camden Court Hotel.

This event has a different topic each time and includes a variety of interactive exercises. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and sate environment and open up about our lives freely. A lot of times we don't talk about what we are really going through because we are worried of what people might think of us. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves. We’re bringing back Adult Field Day. Last year was a good mix of competition and just hanging out, so we’re doing it again with some new games mixed in. Think team-based challenges, simple races, and a few things inspired by game shows. You don’t need to be athletic. Most of the fun is just being part of a team and getting to know people you wouldn’t normally talk to. The goal isn’t really winning. It’s meeting people, laughing a bit, and leaving knowing a few more names than when you showed up. If you stick around after, we’ll have a potluck, a bonfire, and a couple comedians in the evening. Jammy and hedonistic are common descriptions Each person should bring one bottle of an quality Zinfandel wine; be creative and quality conscious, with some bottle age if possible. Turley, Martinelli, Biale, Seghesio, Ridge, Hartford Bedrock, Carlisle, Klinker Brick, Frog's Leap, and anything from the Rockpile vineyard is likely to be very good to great. The Prisoner wines began as a Zinfandel blend. Also bring a protein based appetizer to share and **a wine glass for your personal use.** Cheese and meats are best with these wines. There will be a gas grill behind the clubhouse to grill. We’ll gather at the Oak Creek clubhouse, where the Dublin Wine Group, hosted by Thom and supported by Timothy, will take it from there.
