As a new yoga teacher (200 YTT certified), I’m excited to share the practice of stretching and Hatha Yoga with others, guiding you through mindful breath and purposeful movement. We’ll explore foundational poses, gentle alignment, and slow, steady stretches that honor your body's limits while inviting greater flexibility and balance. My intention is to create a supportive space where we practice together, learn from each other, and cultivate calm, focus, and presence both on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a pause, we’ll move at a comfortable pace, listen to our bodies, and celebrate small progress as we grow. FitFam is a welcoming community for fitness enthusiasts, including yoga lovers, to connect and make new friends, regardless of background or language.😇😁 The event is free. All you need to do is * Bring your own yoga mat * small towel to assist with stretching * wear comfortable outfit 🩷 We’ll meet at the wood deck by the waterfront of Tamar Park. Shing Mun Reservoir is one of the **most beautiful and idyllic trails** in Hong Kong. The reservoir is nestled between Tai Mo Shan and [Needle Hill](https://droneandslr.com/travel-blog/hong-kong/needle-hill-hike/) and features scenic viewing points, natural attractions, and over 20 picnic spots. The reservoir is also known for its bustling wildlife, including monkeys, butterflies, and cattle. Join us for a two mile trail hike alongside the Brookside Trail at Blendon Woods Metro Park. This trail is largely gravel and does include some hills and stairs. Hopefully we will see some wildlife while hike this scenic trail! Join us!
