If you would like to bring your own then that is welcomed otherwise the coach will have sufficient quantity for each participant. • What is it? - This class is designed to strengthen and condition the whole body. Aiming to prevent injury by strengthening those weak muscles and stretching those problem areas. This will be hugely beneficial to our runners all of whom who should do some strength and conditioning work at least once a week. By coming along to class you get to do this under the instruction of a experienced coach and in the company of your friends from running intervals. • Where is it? - The class takes place in Park Barceloneta where our running classes take place. Just look out for me in my blue PB:Running top. **This class is Free\! \| Esta clase es Gratuita\!** **No previous experience is required.** \| **No se requiere experiencia previa.** \- La descripción en español se encuentra en la parte inferior \- **This is a Beginner level Parkour class** however, Intermediate and Advanced traceurs are also welcome to join, as we adapt the exercises to the ablities of each individual. In broad terms Parkour is about overcoming obstacles, both physically and mentally. In this class you will learn and drill the fundamentals of Parkour. Each class will be a full body workout, using only your own weight. We will work on improving our strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance. We do this by running, jumping, climbing and balancing. The workouts take place in an urban environments: on flat ground with obstacles, walls, edges and railings. Wear multiple layers of clothes so you can adjust as you get warmer/cool off. Minimum age for this class is 18 years old. Instruction are in English and basic Spanish. Join us at the brand new North High Brewing, in Downtown Dublin, every 3rd Monday from 11:30am-1pm! The address is: 56 N High St, Dublin, OH 43017 There is plenty of free parking across the street in the Library Parking lot! All are welcome, and there is no charge for the event. Just purchase your own lunch! Whether you are a new networker, or a seasoned networker, you'll feel welcome from the time you arrive, and leave energized with all of your new connections! Arrive at 11:30am to enjoy some open networking in a very cool location! At 11:45am, everyone will be seated, order their own meals, and get to know their new table-mates! Beginning at noon, we provide the opportunity for all participants to be introduced and welcomed to the group. Having a good conversation and want to stay longer? Over time I'm hoping to organize a hike to all the Franklin County Metro Parks. This is the first one so if you're interested jump in! We'll start with the Canopy Walk, a cool feature of this park. Climb 100 stairs to the top - or take the elevator if stairs aren't your thing. At the top there are a bunch of things to play on - a rope bridge, a fireman pole that we can slide down - and more! About fifteen minutes there and we'll head to the natural trail, Buttonbush, Maple and Beech Trail for 2.2 miles then do a 1.7 mile loop on the paved Greenway Trail. We'll be passing our cars as we transition if you only want to do the first loop, or the second loop. Pace of around 3.5 mph but no one left behind. If there is an interest we can grab lunch nearby afterward.
