This is a group for Adult CHILDREN who have chosen estrangement or no contact from harmful or abusive family. It is not for parents or other caregivers.
This is NOT a 12 step program. This is an informal support group that is completely non-religious and was created, in part, because the only options available for help and support are religious 12 step programs.
Grieving loss from estrangement can be isolating and feel daunting with no support or help. Let’s get together and create community to heal!
