About us
The Emerging Tech Center (ETC) is Arizona's grassroots hub for blockchain, AI, and emerging technology. Launched in January 2026, we unite six independent Phoenix-based ventures — spanning crypto policy advocacy, community events, blockchain ticketing, workforce housing, AI filmmaking, and culture — under one coordinated banner.
Through 100+ events per year including Off-Chain Fridays, Web3 Wednesdays, flagship festivals, and workshops, we create a consistent home for builders, creators, advocates, and learners across the Phoenix metro.
