The Emerging Tech Center and Stand With Crypto are hosting an Arizona Day of Action for the CLARITY Act on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in Phoenix. The CLARITY Act is the pending federal legislation that would establish clear jurisdictional boundaries between the SEC and CFTC for U.S. digital assets, deliver consumer protections, and give developers, investors, and businesses the legal certainty they need to keep building in the United States.
This is a hands-on advocacy workshop. Attendees will receive a briefing on the current status of the bill, call their U.S. senators directly from the venue using prepared scripts, and capture photo and video content for social advocacy. Bring your phone.
