Come join us for a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony with Spiritual Guide Jane Ritz at Sweetgrass Yoga in Christiansburg, VA! Jane is coming back from her time in Costa Rica to share the wisdom and energy she has gained in her time in the jungle.

The space will open with sacred Cacao, guiding the heart into the ancient wisdom of love. Jane will facilitate the ceremony by offering direct transmissions of the Now while cultivating a safe space for you to shift, transmute, and cultivate energy.
