Dev Series: Create a Dapp with Scaffold-eth

🚨🚨🚨 THIS IS A DEVELOPER MEETUP! 🚨🚨🚨 Knowledge of programming basics like the command line and a text editor are required. We will be working in Javascript, React, and Solidity.

Bring your laptop and create a Dapp with Scaffold-eth! We'll be learning some of the core tools of the ethereum ecosystem, deploying a simple smart contract, and interacting with it on the frontend!

The Ethereum Boulder dev series will build on this meetup and continue to build more sophisticated apps using Scaffold-eth as well as more sophisicated smart contracts using the Foundry framework.
