He brings a decade’s worth of experience in risk and compliance across banking, merchant acquiring, payments and blockchain-based systems at organisations such as Lloyd’s Bank, WorldPay, Google Payments and Coinify and has a depth and breadth of experience in interacting with regulators and policy makers across the globe.

Will Harborne ( ETHFinex - https://www.ethfinex.com )

Founder at Ethfinex, and creator of the Nectar. Will spun Ethfinex out of Bitfinex, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, with the mission to give customers full control over every aspect of their trading, using blockchain based trading tools and customer governance. Will holds a Masters of Engineering from University of Cambridge and he is active in the crypto community running his own meetup.
