#ETHLDN (https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23ETHLDN&src=typd) - Help us spread the word!
With over 7,000 members, we were the first and are now the largest Ethereum meetup in the world! Thank you so much for your support from our humble beginnings at the Punch and Judy pub!
Our meetup consists of a simple format: 2 or 3 presentations from respected speakers at each meetup, all selected very carefully. We do not allow self-promotion or financial promotion at the meetup (if you wish to promote yourself, please contact email@example.com sponsorship packages)
THE APPEARANCE OF PROJECTS AND PRESENTATIONS AT THE LONDON ETHEREUM / WEB 3 MEETUP DOES NOT REPRESENT AN ENDORSEMENT FROM ANY OF OUR MEMBERS, VOLUNTEERS, PARTNERS OR SPONSORS. NOTHING PRESENTED AT THE MEETUP CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT ADVICE IN ANY FORM.
Note that we operate a strict zero tolerance policy (https://www.meetup.com/ethereum/pages/23945653/Non-Discrimination_-_Anti-Harassment_Policy_Policy/) toward any form of harassment during ETHLDN events, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of harassment and take the necessary action.
Finally, note that this meetup is not related to any organization, foundation, company or product. We are 100% privately-run and stay committed to promoting a community that's entirely blockchain and technology agnostic.
Ethereum is a platform and programming language that makes it possible for any developer to build and publish next-generation decentralized applications. In short: Ethereum is the web, without the web servers.
Ethereum can be used to codify, decentralize, secure and trade just about anything: voting, domain names, financial exchanges, crowdfunding, company governance, contracts and agreements of most kind, intellectual property, and even smart property thanks to hardware integration.
