Emerging from the Coffee and Conversation meeting on Sunday was discussion of how we are dealing with the current events and what role we are playing. We recognize that there are many roles to play now. What is your role?
One metaphor spoken on Sunday was: We are at the theater, in the balcony. The theater is burning. Do we head for the exit, help someone nearby, scream "fire", put on a gas mask (do we have one?), hide under the seat, or something else? What metaphor do you have for what is happening that informs what role you are playing as events unfold near and far?
