Hot lunch at Grace and conversation with guests
Details
We will be providing a hot lunch on Tuesday, Feb 10 at 11:30 AM at Grace Solutions in downtown San Jose.
We did this in November and enjoyed meaningful conversations with Grace guests. We provided abundant food (enough leftovers for the next day) and met those who receive services at Grace as well as some of the interns who work at Grace.
We organize a menu and provide food for 40. We invite anyone to bring a dessert, which can be delivered to a home in the Westgate area of San Jose by 11 AM on Tuesday. You can also drop it off the night before.
If you want to participate, there are options: You can cook something at home (there are no cooking facilities at Grace), show up at Grace (or carpool there) to set up the buffet and serve and stay for lunch, bring a dessert, or donate to cover the cost of food.
