About us
This humanist community meets weekly, and also has special events and other activities throughout the year. We welcome newcomers or visitors of all ages and backgrounds to Meetup with us for any or all of these things, as we work together to make a more just, sustainable and humane society – and enjoy each other’s company.
There are several ways you can participate:
· Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. we gather for “Platform,” with a different featured speaker and topic each week, on a wide variety of topics. Our overall theme is how best to live ethical and moral lives, and that doing so does not require belief in a god.
· Charitable and social justice projects (see calendar).
· Social gatherings including potlucks, game nights, and secular holiday festivals (see calendar).

Great Saw Mill River Cleanup
Elmsford Deli, 1 W Main St, Elmsford, NY, USJoin us for the 17th Annual Great Saw Mill River Cleanup!
W Main Street Site Directions:
We will be removing trash along the North County Trail and Saw Mill River. We will meet at the Elmsford Deli and then take a quick walk to the site.Site Instructions: Wear sturdy shoes (no flip-flops), wear long pants and long sleeves (to protect from ticks and poison ivy), bring gloves if you have them, bug spray, and water. We'll have equipment, trash bags, and a limited supply of gloves.
