Greek Feast in Astoria

Details
Hey. I'm hosting a meal for once at this excellent Greek spot in Astoria which has been open for years and years (I had previously gone back when they were Stamatis.) Expect a mix of fish as well as some meat and other dishes. Figure around $35-45 a person if we get 8 people. The fish are market price so I am unsure exactly the price but it'll be around that.
Some likely possibilities if we get 8 people:
Aggourontomata- Vine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta, oregano
Krya Pikilia (assorted spreads- tarmosalata (fish roe/potato,) tzatziki (Greek yogurt,) tyrokafteri (spicy feta,) skordalia (potato with garlic,) & melintzanosalata (roasted eggplant)
Methysmeno Saganaki- Kefalograviera cheese, mushroom, tomato sauce; broiled
or Shrimp Saganaki (the same with shrimp instead of mushroom of course)
Kalamarakia Scharas- Squid, marinated and grilled
OR
Oktapodi Scharas- Octopus grilled & dressed w/ olive oil & red wine vinegar
Sykotaki Moscharisio- Calf liver, olive oil, herbs, lemon
Two Psari Scharas/grilled fish depending on price. Likely some combination of Tsirpoura/porgy, dorado, and lavraki/striped bass
Arni Kokkinisto- Baby lamb in tomato sauce
Bifteki- Beef patties, seasoned & grilled, with tzaziki & lemon
Gigantes- Lima beans baked with onion, tomato, & parsley
