Madness Buffet is an all-you-can-eat Asian fusion restaurant in Pompano Beach that opened in January 2026.

Located in the Palm Aire neighborhood across from Harrah's Pompano Beach casino, it features a modern, clean dining space with a wide variety of fresh sushi, hibachi, and seafood.

The buffet offers a broad selection of items, including:

• Fresh Seafood: Oysters on ice, sashimi, mussels, crawfish, and shrimp.
• Sushi & Hibachi: Over 20 types of sushi rolls and a live hibachi grill station.
• Hot Dishes: Ribs, chicken teriyaki, lo mein, and a seafood boil with custom seasoning.
• Desserts: Lychee jello, various pastries, and fresh fruit
