"We arrived in the USA in 2018, and it is here that the project of developing a culinary concept was born. One that not only brought the best recipes but also came with a different, warm, and close experience.

In July 2020, just three months into the pandemic, we had already been building this project for a year, while many businesses were closing. It was our turn to open our first restaurant in Sunrise, Florida.

In 2022, we opened two new restaurants, one in January in Coral Springs and another in October in Boca Raton. By December 2023, we already had four locations, including Pembroke Pines.

Today, we are developing two new projects for 2025: Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and Brickell in Miami.

We continue to grow to bring the delicious flavors of our Peruvian fusion and Nikkei cuisine to more cities."
