The menu blends traditional authentic techniques with modern creativity. You should focus on:

• The Signature "Sanji" Buns: Short for shengjian bao, these are traditional Shanghai-style pan-fried pork buns famous for their pillowy tops and deeply crispy, golden bottoms.
• Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings): Hand-rolled and filled with a rich broth. Locals highly recommend the classic pork or the crab meat and pork varieties.
• Dim Sum Classics: They serve great everyday dim sum staples like siu mai, har gow (shrimp dumplings), and novelty sweet custard buns.
• Boba & Special Drinks: To wash it all down, they offer an extensive menu of handcrafted fresh bubble teas, milk teas, and fruit green teas.
