We are heading to Billyburg! One of the toughest resys in town! Redux bc IYKYK! This will be my 3rd visit in 3wks! Replacing the now shuttered Hear & There space, Executive Chef Mark Nobello (formerly Atoboy - Michelin Plate ๐ฝ๏ธ) is killing it! . He draws inspiration from Northeastern waters, Japanese and Korean flavors, and the creative freedom of a studio kitchen. His dishes are shaped by technique, seasonality, and global influence. Menus evolve constantly; what you taste one night may never appear again. Please be ON TIME!!! ๐
