Our Meetup Message Response Policy:
We will not be replying to Meetup messages from 2 hours before the event until the following day, as our hosts will be focused on managing the event and supporting attendees in person. For help during this period, please join our official WhatsApp group. Since we only add members after meeting them in person to keep our WhatsApp community safe, first-time participants should arrive a few minutes early to scan our WhatsApp QR code and gain access to live group support.
Note on Post-Event Ratings:
This event is organized completely free on a volunteer basis to bring people together. If you enjoyed yourself, a 5-star rating helps others discover our group! If you cannot give 5 stars, we kindly ask that you skip the rating altogether. You may message us directly with any constructive feedback. To maintain a positive and supportive environment for our volunteer hosts, members who leave sub-5-star ratings despite this guideline may be removed from the group and future events.
