If you want to lose weight, get in shape, learn new disciplines, become more spiritually aware & generally better yourself and feel awesome then this is the group for you!
We concentrate on Muay Thai boxing technique & various cardio and strength exercises. We always include meditation & Eastern practices to achieve not only better physical performance but also heightened emotional and spiritual performance. All abilities are welcome.
