What we’re about
Hello and welcome! Here you will find those who love creating, playing, analyzing, listening, studying, and discussing music. We will cross genres from classical classics, film scores, games, metal, pop, etc and everything in between to satiate our musical curiosities and to meet those who share in the great curiosity that is frequency manipulation.
No matter your experience, knowledge, skill, instrument(s) played (or not), or tastes. This will be a place for musicians to mingle, share ideas in creative music endeavors, and generally discuss all things music.
We will start out with monthly meet and greets that will be a chill relaxing time used to mingle with local musicians. Not limited to local musicians though. Anyone is welcome.
Other goals include hosting live music being performed by group members with music written by group members.
Don't like to go to concerts by your lonesome? With the help of all members we can set dates to attend concerts with other group members, set up car pools, or take public transport as a group to where ever the concert is located.
That about covers the purpose of what I hope this meet up group can achieve.
