80th Birthday Ride

Join Jen and me to ride our local roads to celebrate my 80th birthday. It will be a few weeks after the actual date, but we wanted to make sure I made it before we celebrated! We will start and finish at our house and details will be sent later to those who sign up. The ride will be about 30 (not 80) miles with 1,350 feet of climbing, through Redmond Ridge to the Woodinville-Duvall Road, then south along the West Snoqualmie Valley Road and the Snoqualmie Valley trail before returning to the start via Carnation Farm Road, Ames Lake Road and Union Hill Road. The Snoqualmie Valley Trail is less than 5 miles on generally well packed gravel. After the ride we will host a "Ploughman's Lunch" with bread, cheese, cold cuts, salad and beverages. If you can't make the ride, you are welcome to join us when we return.
