How was your day? Rain or shine, it helps to have someone to talk to. Vent about what went badly, celebrate what went well, and connect with others who are going through the same challenges that you are.

If you've attended support groups for mental health challenges before, you'll feel right at home. But this group is for everyone :)

This group is neither accredited, nor a substitute for psychotherapy. It's just a place for people to find connection.
