What we’re about
This is a group for seasoned real estate professionals and investors currently doing business in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. We meet every other week. To accommodate early risers, we meet every other Friday morning from 8:00-9:30 in Dumbo and to accommodate after work events, we meet in Manhattan every other Monday from 6 to 8:00 PM. It's free style and exclusive to seasoned real estate professionals, owners, buyers and investors. All professionals who have been a good 5+ years in their profession are welcome. We are there to discuss current and future real estate projects. We will help owners capitalize on their existing properties. We will also help investors with their 1031 exchanges. We work with CONDOS, COOPS, Mixed Use Buildings, new construction, MULTI-family and income producing buildings. Bring your project whether it's an existing one or a future one. We will guide you even if you are a first time buyer. We are 9 members and growing. We will not duplicate existing real estate professionals. Currently the following professions are covered: Architects, Real Estate sales agent both residential and commercial, Mortgage brokers, residential an commercial, Property managers, Engineers, Property and Casualty Insurance, Smart Homes techs, Title Insurance. All the rest that is relevant to real estate are welcome. It's a free style networking meeting. It's a fun gathering and you will learn plenty.
