## Taking your social skills to the next level!
If you have completed the Teens or Young Adults PEERS® Program, we have the newest opportunity for you! The Social Coach Approach is a class designed for PEERS® alumni to apply their social skills to real life problems in a team environment. The group will meet weekly on Tuesdays 6 - 7:30pm PST, August 19th to October 6th.
Each week, licensed PEERS® facilitators will initiate conversations around areas of life where common social dilemmas occur. Members will be encouraged to share their own experiences in the trusted space of our class. By the end of this class, participants will have the foundation to create a social network of friends built on bonding and problem solving!
Topics may include:
• Navigating Family Relationships
• Communicating effectively in individual and group settings
• Managing Social Anxiety in the community
• Attending large community events more comfortably
• Finding school/workplace professional tone of voice
• Learning to disagree without being disrespectful
• Addressing romantic interests of relationships
