This group is designed for late diagnosed Autistic adults (self or formally diagnosed). The group is led and created by a late-diagnosed AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD) therapist who draws from lived and clinical experience. Goals include connecting like-minded folks, improving sense of belonging, and supporting you in living an authentic Autistic life. Each week will cover specific topics related to navigating life in a neurotypical world by combining psychoeducation with space for processing.
Topics may include:- Communication and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria
- Accommodations
- Executive Functioning
- Burnout
- Masking
- Special Interest
