She writes...I had to laugh a little when I wrote this title. It sounds like one of those books someone gives you early in your career with a sticky note that says “This changed my life.”
Well, full disclosure I haven’t read the book. Or if I did, I definitely skipped a few chapters. What I have done is live it; the good bits, the hard bits, and the parts where I seriously questioned my life choices. Over the last six years I’ve sat on the executive team at Jade, most recently as the Director of Services. I’ve moved from being on a leadership team, to building one, to reshaping it entirely as we navigated change, growth, and all the messiness that comes with it.
