Do More With Different - Dorenda Britten

Join us at the next Exec Women in Tech when we are joined by the fabulous Dorenda Britten. Dorenda is going to lead a session designed to help us all think about hidden innovation potential in our organisations from a different point of view.

She aims to help us explore how a broader range of thinking styles — including those often underrepresented in traditional systems — can drive real change in how we work, solve problems, and create value.

Her organisation, Unlock Innovation supports inclusive, people-led innovation — where diversity of thought isn’t just welcomed but actively used to tackle emerging challenges.

About Dorenda
Dorenda is passionate about influencing positive future outcomes for all New Zealanders. Her background in designing for people, planet, and profit, led to an observation that we need more diversity of thinking present when making social, environmental, or business decisions.

Her relationship with the nation’s technology sector enabled her to draw a link between the shortage of New Zealand-grown skills and the locked-in talent of many dyslexic minds.
