5Rhythms teachers Neil Pinnock will be offering his popular workshop Roots & Wings, which has been around the country to Liverpool, Birmingham, Bristol, London. NOW it's coming to EXETER!!
We are of the earth, embodied, rooted yet free to flow, grow and unfold. Through the 5Rhythms dance the invitation is to discover how energy moves through the body in rhythms and waves, rising, falling
and expanding from the roots of flowing all the way to the wings of lyrical.
This day will support you into a deeper enquiry and mystery of the rhythms of flowing and lyrical.
You will find both your roots and wings, feeling the ground of your being and the expansive possibilities
as you open to the energy of dance and life through body and heart.

Earlybird price - £55 (until June 15th)
Standard price - £65 after.
Concession - Students, those on means tested benefits/ 5RTA £45
Supporter - (this ticket to enable wider participation in the dance) - £70
This workshop counts as 1 day of Waves for 5Rhythms Teacher Training Prerequisites.
-Wear comfy clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle, we dance barefoot or indoor/dance shoes.
-Free car park next to the Village hall.
Please arrive on time, doors open at 10.40am, the workshop starts at 11am
– there may be no admittance if you arrive later than 11.30am
About the Venue
St Thomas church hall is beautiful, its light and airy with a suspended wooden floor. There are benches outside in the grounds with large old trees, or a park across the road for lunch.
DIRECTIONS.
Turn off Cowick St at the lights by the Lucombe Oak pub (100m west of the railway station) into Cecil Rd, then 1st right into Church Rd, hall car park is at the West end on the right.
