Yoga Nidra – Guided Yogic Sleep for Deep Rest
Discover the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra – conscious yogic sleep – where your body remains still while your mind is gently guided into deep relaxation. In just a short session, you can feel as though you’ve had hours of restorative rest.
Perfect for easing insomnia, stress, perimenopause symptoms, depression, and so much more, this practice offers a calm sanctuary for body and mind.
