"Hut to Hut" campout weekend

Details
Time to do our annual "Hut to Hut" adventure right at our "front yards"! We went to the High Hut in Oct 2023 and were treated with the best sunset view of Mt Rainier as the cover picture. There was a thick blanket of cloud covering the entire valley and the magnificent view of Mt Rainier above the cloud was unreal!
For this trip, we will stay at High Hut on Friday and the Yurt on Saturday. The hike to High Hut is 4 miles with 2400 feet of elevation gain from lower sno-park (Lower Sno-Park South Mount Tahoma Trails), then there'll another 4 miles or so from High Hut to the Yurt.
By late October, we may well be traversing on snow, so be prepared with microspikes and/or snowshoes.
There are plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and sleeping mats, and the hut is heated with a propane fireplace, has solar lighting and a propane range/oven. You'll need to bring your own sleeping bag, sleeping pad (there'll be around 10 mattress in the house), pillow and food. Hut cost is $15 per person per night ($30 for two nights). I'll start collecting hut cost beginning of September.
I want you to go! Here are the best ways to get on the Go list!
We will organize with a Facebook messenger chat and participation in the chat is a must. If you need carpooling, generally folks get it arranged in the chat and we will have a Google Doc to capture key info and arrange car pool. You'll need access to the Messenger Chat to see the Google Doc. Suggested gas donation is $0.10 per mile per passenger, which will round up to be $30 per passenger.
