Shifu Douglas Sutton, disciple of a true Living Buddha, Dechan Jueren (Master Yu).
Master Yu is the 49 th lineage holder of the Chinese Esoteric Wisdom School. This
teaching spans 2500 years and traces its origins to Gautama Buddha of India! You
will learn effective and simple techniques for self-healing, and expanding your
inner awakening with some take-home practices. The food and drink purification
demonstrations are also fun and amazing. Come Join us!)

energy in their body and or see light when practicing a Hanmi - Chinese
Esoteric School meditation for the first time.
Shifu (Master Teacher) Douglas Sutton will guide perfected ancient
meditations employing visualization, mantra, and mudra to take you into high
spiritual states. You will receive transmission from enlightened lineage
masters while learning these ancient meditations and mantras.
