Whether you’re new to Atlanta or have lived here for years, this group is all about getting out, exploring the city, and meeting fun new people along the way.
We’ll check out everything from hikes, walks, and outdoor adventures to happy hours, brunches, festivals, game nights, live events, weekend hangouts, and random fun activities around Atlanta. Some events will be active, some will be laid back, but the goal is always the same: good people, good vibes, and fun experiences.
This group is designed for people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who want to build friendships, stay social, and make the most of what Atlanta has to offer.
No experience level required for anything - just come out and have fun.

Let's Hike Sope Creek!
Chattahooche NRA - Sope Creek, 3730 Paper Mill Road SE, Marietta, GA, USThe weather should be beautiful on Sunday, with a high around 80, so it should be in the 70s for most of our hike.
Let's go enjoy some nature, breath in some fresh air, and get some exercise over at Sope Creek.It'll be about a 4 mile hike, with a few hills, so moderate hiking fitness is required, but we'll stop for breaks and keep a leisurely pace.
We can explore the ruins of a civil war era paper mill, jump from one stone to the next to cross the roaring rapids, and maybe even visit a 19th century family cemetery.
There's a parking fee ($5/day or $40/year) that can be paid on your phone (QR code displayed at the trail head).
Don't forget to bring plenty of water and snacks or anything else you may need to ensure your personal comfort.
After the hike we'll have lunch at Green Coyote Cantina on Paper Mill Rd.
Let's all meet at the trailhead at 10:45am, and we'll start hiking at 11am (to allow people time to park, pay for parking, introductions, etc.).
Note that the parking at the trail head is quite limited, so carpool if possible, try to arrive early in case you may need to wait for a parking spot to become available, and be aware that you may need to park in a nearby neighborhood and walk over from there.
