This is a rain or shine event.

This Sherbrooke forest meanders through a forest containing the tallest flowering hardwood in the world (the Mountain Ash) with a variety of fern species. Sherbrooke Forest lies at an altitude of 220-500 m within the Dandenong Ranges. You are welcome to bring takeaway lunch. We will also make a stop at the café for lunch.

The Milky Way Galaxy is one of the most interesting naked eye sights in the night sky. We live under light-polluted skies, and to see a glimpse of the Milkyway, we need to travel outside the city. We run Milkyway events near Melbourne (40-50km away) and events in premium locations (over 80-100km from Melbourne CBD). We will mention premium events on the title of the event.

This is a reserved service, so once you book your V/Line ticket, you’re guaranteed a seat on the train. The ticket also covers your travel into Melbourne CBD and any Zone 1/2 location on your return. That means there is no need to touch on your myki on 21st June.
