What does it even mean, to love yourself?

Experiencing Self-Love is an experimental group in which we explore different ways of discovering, and deepening, our sense of self-love.

There are many aspects that build on top of and surround self-love, like accepting yourself, appreciating yourself, being enough for yourself, taking care of yourself - all of which and more we aim to cover - but first and foremost, and its core, self-love is a deeply personal feeling, much like love for another, except very specifically focused:

Self-love is a tangible, felt experience of "love, from me, to me, about me".

It is this experience of self-love that our explorations as a group will focus on, using different methodologies, modalities, and formats, to do our best to help discover (for those who haven't found it), and help deepen (for those that have), our individual experiences of self-love.
