Expressive Art Workshops

This event will explore the psychology of creative expression through flow, kintsugi and wabi-sabi, traditional Japanese techniques. You will be taught how to create your own artworks embodying these techniques.

This workshop will explore the various parts of the self, inspired by psychologist Carl Jung. We will look at how you can express your identity through symbols and colour though art and you will be guided while you attempt to make your own identity artwork.

In this workshop we will be exploring how to get to know your inner critic using psychological techniques and we will be attempting to visualise and translate it into artwork.

In this workshop we will explore the archetypes of psychologist Carl Jung and how you can relate this to yourself and express it through art. You will be making your own artwork which will express archetypes you relate to while learning art techniques and learning about psychology.
