We are a non-violent direct action organization committed to preventing the sixth mass extinction through colorful, joyous disruption. Governments around the world are failing to address the Climate and Ecological Emergency. People power is the solution. Join us at one of our in-person actions pushing for a rapid, just transition away from fossil fuels or at one of our fun, informative Zoom and in-person events.

XR Community-wide Beach Day, Sun 8/2
Revere Beach Clock, Chester ave at revere beach blvd, Revere, MA, USLet's get together as a rebel community to enjoy an afternoon on the beach and good company. Next to majestic ocean we will reflect on how we can protect the Earth, our beautiful home. Our general meeting is open to all, so please feel free to invite family, friends, and neighbors! Bring someone who is climate curious- help grow the movement!!
If you are new to XR and want to learn more about what we are up to this year, or you are an old member looking to stay connected or get reconnected - this is the place for you! We will include time to hear updates and get ourselves organized.
Some important info:
- we will provide seltzer and snacks. Feel free to bring more to share!
- bring your beach gear- towel, chair, umbrella, frisbee!
- Revere Beach is accessible from the Wonderland T stop on the Blue Line.
- We will gather at the pavilion to the left of the Revere Beach clock - look for XR Flags!
- Please RSVP on the XR website so we know to look out for you!
