Dear Lifefire Laughter Lovers--
You are warmly invited to celebrate INTERdependence Day in the East Bay with laughter at a special edition of the Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club. Together, we’ll light up Oakland with laughterworks!
It’s a FREE edition of the Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club in the beautiful outdoors—yay! We’ll meet at noon on June 30th at Lake Merritt. Join us for some fun Laughter Yoga, followed by a potluck picnic.
WHO: Laughter Leaders and Laughter Lovers from the East Bay and beyond!
WHEN: Saturday, June 30th
· Shop at the farmers' market & then laugh with us from noon to 1 pm
· Schmooze and eat! Potluck picnic to follow from 1 – 2 pm.
WHERE: Join us in the sunshine at the beautiful grassy park area by Lake Merritt.
Look for us across the street from Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 2808 Lakeshore Ave. It's near the colonnade close to MacArthur Blvd & Lakeshore Ave.

Get healthy and happywithLaughter Yoga. No need for mats or special outfits. Just come in comfy clothes and bring a willingness to get in touch with your fun-loving inner child.
Check out our playful laughter exercises that help you connect with yourself and others in safe and supportive atmosphere.
Be a laughter star! We’ll be taking some flip videos and photos as we laugh. Feel free to invite family and friends. Open to adults and children 8 years old and up.
FYI: Lifefire Laughter Club Will NOT be meeting in July. We resume our usual schedule in August. Our regular schedule is 1st Tuesdays and 3rd Mondays of the month at 7:30 pm.
