About us

Group of Men over the age of 18 of all different fitness levels coming together 3 times a week to not only workout out but also build a community of friends and leaders. We have a 45 minute workout followed by a coffee and a chat all before starting your day.

Come join us if you want to build some new friends in the area and also improve your fitness.

We are always outdoors so make use of the local area rather than gym equipment and always encourage each other throughout.

We have a range of guys who come down from 25-60 but all ages over 18 are welcome.

We give each other a nickname after the first session so bring along your best description of yourself and have fun!
