We're heading to the brand-new El Chingon in Fishtown to experience the authentic, regional flavors of Mexico from renowned Chef Carlos Aparicio. This location does not take reservations so we will have to wait for a table. They do have picnic-style tables outside if it is nice.

The Deets:

• BYOB! Feel free to bring your favorite beverage to complement the meal.
• Cost: We will order a variety of appetizers for the table, and everyone will order their own entree. Expect the total cost to be approximately $35-$50 per person (including tax and a 20% tip). Please bring cash to simplify the bill-splitting process.
• Allergies: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform me as soon as possible so I can notify the restaurant in advance.
• Important: I will confirm your attendance a day or two before the event. If your plans change, please update your RSVP to "Not Going" promptly. This will allow someone on the waitlist to join us or allow me to adjust our reservation.
• Parking: There is limited street parking available in the Fishtown area. Carpooling and public transportation is recommended.
